Biography
Jessica Lashier began her legal career working for Lakeshore Legal Aid on The Family Law Assistant Project. Her time there gave her experience trying the most contentious divorce and custody cases involving low-income clientele and survivors of domestic violence. Since moving into private practice, Jessica has worked tirelessly to represent clients in divorce proceedings using the skills she developed at legal aid - those that take most lawyers years to develop. Her reputation in the legal community is that of a fair but zealous advocate for her clients. While there is no "winning," in the traditional sense in divorce proceedings, we work hard to protect your time with your children, your property, and your money. We are creative and passionate about what we do. Choosing to specialize in a field means that you are completely devoted to it; that you will protect it as if it were your own. That is the energy that sets us apart.
Lashier Law opened its doors in 2012. Since then, we grown and helped many clients through their divorce in Macomb and Oakland County.
